Murky Ship

No one wants to see a 3D model without texture is like a meal without flavour, Uck!


Photoshop seems to agree with me. I do like to use that specific paintbrush, it makes everything look murky and rustic.


These shapes cover up the planar maps, so that the model can be fully wrapped and be truly textured.


That’s the screen of someone who grew up post VHS.


For the mapping, I used lambert as the texture file. I chose lambert because this ship was designed to look murky and damaged, so something shinier like phong would look out of place.
